Please join both Russ Blaine, Executive Director, Acquisition Policy & Compliance , with Raytheon Technologies’ Corporate Office of the General Counsel, and Elizabeth Sheard, Director of Government Contracts, of the Collins Contracts organization to discuss these two amazing topics! Contract success in a world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) is challenging. Russ Blaine kicks off the discusses about the current environment of Acquisition/Procurement/Sales and how contract managers can adopt several practices to increase innovation, improve probability of successful contract fulfillment, and posture effectively for future success.
