Stuart is the Lead Counsel for FCPA, Cyber Law, Privacy Law, and Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Compliance with Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. RMD, with 2021 sales of $22 billion and 32,000 employees, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in air and missile defense systems, precision weapons, radars, command and control systems, and advanced defense technologies.
Stuart joined Raytheon in 2017 with Space & Airborne Systems before joining RMD in 2019. Before Raytheon, Stuart spent 10 years as the Associate General Counsel at Fabrique Nationale (FN), a Belgium owned small-arms company located in Columbia, South Carolina and a prime contractor of small arms to the U.S. Department of Defense. Before FN, Stuart was a litigation attorney for Tharpe & Howell in San Jose, California. Prior to college, Stuart spent 4 years as an active-duty Army Infantryman stationed in Georgia and Europe.
Stuart holds a bachelor of science in Economics from San Jose State University, a juris doctorate from the University of California, and a master’s in business administration from the University of South Carolina. Stuart is a member of the California state bar.
