Jeff is currently the Director of Program Finance, the corporate lead of the Earned Value Management System, and leads the Estimating and Pricing department at Draper Labs.
Prior to joining Draper Jeff was the Controller and Director of Finance at CIRCOR Naval Solutions, where he led accounting, and other finance disciplines. Prior to his role at CIRCOR, he spent 19 years at Raytheon Technologies, where he initially completed Raytheon’s two-year Finance Leadership Development Program. He specialized in program controls and estimating at Missile Systems and Space and Airborne Systems that led to positions of increasing responsibility, including over 4 years at Raytheon Systems Limited in the United Kingdom and leading up to becoming the finance lead for a $500M product line of development, production, and sustainment programs. He has had extensive experience in accounting, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, business process flow and risk analysis and is an EVMS subject matter expert. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley College, is currently part of an Executive Leadership Certificate program at Cornell University.
