In June, 2018 Tom graduated from Raytheon’s Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP) as a Contracts Specialist. Since graduation, Tom has served in Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business as the contracts lead on the Oman Ground Based Air Defense System (GBADS) program. In this position, he is responsible for the proposals, negotiations, customer correspondence, and administration of efforts under a billion dollar contract with a foreign customer for the first installation of the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) in the Sultanate of Oman’s history.
In his second CLDP rotation, Tom served at the Raytheon Missile Systems facility in Tucson, Arizona where he was a Contracts Administrator for the multi-billion dollar Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) Block IIA contracts with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and a profile of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contracts. In his first rotation, Tom served at the Integrated Defense Systems Missile Defense Center in Woburn, MA. There he was the Contracts Administrator for the Requirements Analysis & Design (RAD) subcontracts with a profile of industry prime contractors.
In May 2016, Tom graduated from The George Washington University Summa Cum Laude, having additionally received the Academic Achievement Award for placement in the top 2% of his class.
