JJ is a Senior Program Manager in the Air Force and Combatant Command Business Group at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). There, he is focused on a strategic partnership with UMass Lowell to build and operate their Cyber Center in support of the Lowell Innovation Corridor (LINC) and Defense Industrial Base (DIB). That includes securing relevant federal and state grants, enhancing partnerships with Mass Tech Collaborative and CyberTrust MA, executing internship and co-op programs, and partnering with area schools to strengthen cyber career pathways.
In previous industry roles, JJ was a business development executive at BAE Systems and Peraton. Prior to joining industry, JJ served 20 years as a cyber operations officer including five combat deployments leading Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines in support of special operations.
For the community, he currently serves as the President of the Hanscom Representatives Association (HRA) and as a Vice President for the Air & Space Force Association (AFA) chapter. He is a graduate of Boston University with a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
