Associate Director, Global Supply Chain Management, Raytheon Missiles & Defense
David Petry is an Associate Director in the Global Supply Chain Management Organization at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, a business of Raytheon Technologies. He oversees the Supply Chain Risk group within the Global Supply Chain Management organization which includes supplier cybersecurity, international compliance, supplier due diligence, global substances program and guidance for overall risk concerns.
Petry has more than 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense, including multiple positions in supply chain, supply chain advising, operations, and planning. Most recently he served as associate director of Global Supply Chain Management Compliance and Governance at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, prior to Raytheon Company’s merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. In that role, he led the compliance and governance group which was responsible for all compliance related to both domestic and international procurement, supplier cybersecurity, supply chain export import controls and training, supply chain government audits, and supply chain risk.
He is responsible for supporting an organization with over $6 billion in annual material spend and a global workforce of over 1,500 employees. Previously, Petry held a variety of leadership positions at Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Co. in supply chain, operations, master planning and production.
