Omayra Del Valle is the Cyber Security Branch Chief for the Department of the Air Force in EZCC organization. Current, responsibilities include being assigned as the Security Control Assessor for the Rapid Cyber Acquisition (RCA), Command and Control (C2), and Cloud DevSecOps Boundaries. Duties include establishing and maintaining assessment procedures standards for all three boundaries and establish risk tolerance levels for the boundaries assigned. In addition, Ms. Del Valle is a subject matter expert on Risk Management Framework and NIST 800-53 controls. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Framingham State College, a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Worcester State College and a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from Western Govern University. Ms. Del Valle is a former Army officer who served in Operation Desert Storm and has worked in various cyber security roles for the last 12 years.
